Ages 18+

Adult Karate

Traditional Shotokan karate training for adults of all skill levels. Improve fitness, learn self-defense, and join a supportive community of martial artists.

Our Adult Karate program offers traditional Shotokan karate training for adults ages 18 and up, regardless of experience level. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to martial arts after years away, our instructors will meet you where you are.

Training focuses on practical self-defense techniques, physical conditioning, and the mental discipline that comes from dedicated martial arts practice. Each class builds strength, flexibility, focus, and confidence in a supportive dojo environment.

Classes are held two days per week, with the option to train up to four times a week if class size permits. Intermediate and Advanced belt promotions are based on each student's individual progress and dedication. Our all-inclusive membership provides your karate uniform (gi) and all required equipment.

Many of our adult students also train alongside their children in our Family Karate program, making martial arts a shared family experience.

What Our Students Are Saying

"We love having a fun safe family activity. I really appreciate having quality training with proper technique and terminology. The atmosphere is supportive and cheerful for students and their family members at the Dojo."
