My daughter is leaving her comfort zone little by little! She is doing more activities at home by herself without being asked. We have seen improvements in her character and confidence. The staff is very attentive and they have great communication. Classes are educational and it has helped my daughter with her discipline and self-confidence.

Our son is doing so much better listening and following directions at home. He also does better standing still and looking us in the eyes when we are talking to him. This program has been great! He looks forward to class every day.

Colorado Karate Club is doing WONDERFUL things for our son! I can see him setting his own goals and expectations. He is showing dedication and eagerness to learn. He has become more eager to help at home. He asks to take on more responsibility and doesn't expect to be praised for it. This is a place where children and adults grow in their strengths. I can clearly see that my daughter became more confident and much stronger. She's been learning to accept mistakes and deal with frustration. She's been developing stronger emotional regulation skills. Sensei Kyra is a great role model for children and managed to build feelings of trust, safety and well-being. She definitely understands different kinds of children's personalities, cares very deeply about their progress and helps every child to reach their fullest potential.

I am extremely pleased with this school, the Instructors, and the Leadership Program. I would change nothing about this experience and am thankful for the positive influence it has had on my son.

Our son has grown so much over the past few months! He continues to show greater and greater self-control, focus, and self-regulation. His cooperation around the house has improved and he's doing very well in pre-school! I am just so thankful for everything you do!

This place is so much more than a karate center, it truly is a community where family members learn the art of karate together, friends teach each other, everyone cheers for the growth of individuals, and kindness and discipline is instilled in everyone as they enter the doors. Our son has been going there for 8ish months and he is growing so much – learning karate but also focus and leadership. I couldn't recommend this place more!

We love having a fun safe family activity. I really appreciate having quality training with proper technique and terminology. The atmosphere is supportive and cheerful for students and their family members at the Dojo.

We have been coming here for about 5 months now and my son absolutely LOVES it! The team is wonderful and although my 4 year old can't sit still for a second, they are very patient with him and teaching him so much!
